Not helpful or friendly especially the woman with the short, dark hair.
Truist is awful. Nobody who works at a single 1 gives off the vibe that they know what they're doing or remotely care about what they're helping you with and anytime you need to call about something, you'll get someone who understands you even less than the last person you might've spoken with.
DO NOT BANK HERE!! They are thieves and liars! I’ve never had a worse experience with a bank, and like all of us, I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with banks. And this branch especially is beyond incompetent.
They are closed on Saturdays at this branch because they are short staffed??? I guess that’s what happens when they reduced their workforce to cut costs and now I have to drive to the warminster branch on Saturdays and wait 20 minutes in their drive thru because they’re short staffed also.
