Worst bank ever. I would give it negative stars if I could. You cannot speak to a human at Truist and if it happens to be your birthday and you actually speak to some one they don't know anything. I think this bank is in big trouble as they have lost a desire to please their customers. If this is not addressed from the very top then this bank will crash and burn. Tiffany and Leslie and the others that work in Sparta are very good people but the company they work for, Truist is not in my personal opinion. If you do business with Truist please read this and spread the word. I am retired and must get the most return on my cash investments. Truist offered me a great rate to get my business. I know money market rates fluctuate but they decreased my interest rate by 99.7% over night with zero notification. The rate went from 4.4% to .01%. Truist has the worst AI assistant. My cat has better responses. 27% increase of my mortgage payment this year. There is no way to contact Truist by email or text, and they are closed on Saturday!
I like this bank because they gave me a student checking account and I like it, but you’ll should be opened on Mondays like every bank should.
