Tiffany was a great help. Had good advice. I recommend Truist in Sparta.
Tiffany and Leslie and the others that work in Sparta are very good people but the company they work for, Truist is not in my personal opinion. If you do business with Truist please read this and spread the word. I am retired and must get the most return on my cash investments. Truist offered me a great rate to get my business. I know money market rates fluctuate but they decreased my interest rate by 99.7% over night with zero notification. The rate went from 4.4% to .01%. Truist has the worst AI assistant. My cat has better responses. 27% increase of my mortgage payment this year. There is no way to contact Truist by email or text, and they are closed on Saturday!
I like this bank because they gave me a student checking account and I like it, but you’ll should be opened on Mondays like every bank should.
Excellent bank!! Knowledgeable, friendly staff.
