I am hold a Truist account and was at this bank to make a transaction and discovered they DO NOT offer a restroom to their clients. What a joke!

Was able to walk in and do everything I needed on the spot. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff👍
Of course, I had to give one star. Ridiculous bad customer service. The manager is a Diva. The workers there act as though they are forced to work there. Bad attitude and tones. They talk to people disrespectfully and act like people are dumb, but i've seen multiple times where people ask questions and the banker don't know what they're talking about and have an attitude as though they're getting bothered when that's their job!
