Every time I come into this location: Issa, Evan, and Maggie greet me with a smile and ask how my day is going. They’re always so sweet and genuinely make my day better. They’re super helpful and get things done quickly every time. Really appreciate you all!
Ms. Patel "relationship specialist" was rude and unfriendly. I was there to make a deposit to a commercial business account. She asked me if I was making a cash deposit and I said yes. She said "give it to me" as if she was annoyed she has to do her job. There's no real customer service, no talking, just cold exchange. Ill gladly be taking my banking elsewhere and closing my account. I'm in school and I received a check from school so I went to this location to get it cashed and based on my appearance I was denied went to another location and cashed it with no problem. Disabled Retired Veterans should not be treated like that.
