I had a very disappointing experience at Truist Bank yesterday. I went in with my father-in-law’s debit card to get change for our business that we both currently own at the Town Center. My father-in-law is disabled and remained in the car while I handled it for him. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was made to feel like I was doing something criminal. Terrible branch…I stopped going to this one in particular about a year ago. No one seems to actually help or can’t understand what exactly you’re asking for.
Every time I come into this location: Issa, Evan, and Maggie greet me with a smile and ask how my day is going. They’re always so sweet and genuinely make my day better. They’re super helpful and get things done quickly every time. Really appreciate you all!
Ms. Patel "relationship specialist" was rude and unfriendly. I was there to make a deposit to a commercial business account. She asked me if I was making a cash deposit and I said yes. She said "give it to me" as if she was annoyed she has to do her job. There's no real customer service, no talking, just cold exchange. Ill gladly be taking my banking elsewhere and closing my account.
