If I could give 0 stars I would. Truist has been nothing but a pain since opening an account with them. Just recently, they dropped the ball and allowed someone to drain my wife’s savings account (stealing thousands of dollars). We filed a claim to get a reimbursement, and Truist denied it stating that they couldn’t confirm nor deny that she authorized the charges. This is a completely unacceptable result. I had a very disappointing experience at Truist Bank yesterday. I went in with my father-in-law’s debit card to get change for our business that we both currently own at the Town Center. My father-in-law is disabled and remained in the car while I handled it for him. Instead of being treated with basic courtesy, I was made to feel like I was doing something criminal.
