Everyone is helpful. EXCEPT Tania the girl with brown and short hair, no matter how big or small the problem is she is definitely not going above and beyond to help you resolve this. I went in to simply deposit a check because there was a long line in drive thru, and she said I cannot deposit your check because the date says Monday. Mind you I’m trying to deposit check that was issued by the bank themselves. I stated I simply want to deposit, not withdraw, she doubled down and said I can’t deposit your Truist issued check.
