Fast service with smiling faces. There are very knowledgeable, customer service oriented folks working here. One of the reviews said, go to Wells Fargo instead. What laughter! Wells Fargo stays in the news because of customer complaints and lawsuits. SMDH.
This is the WORST bank AND branch to go to. I would suggest Wells Fargo before banking with Truist. Somehow every. single. day my account is flagged as fraud for no reason. I can't even do what I need to do with MY OWN money because the transactions look "suspicious" I went to go get my nails done and my card kept declining when I went to pay but luckily I had cash.
