Always understaffed and slow service. Expect a much longer wait than you would normally expect.
I was there on Sept 22 2025 to make 4 small deposits for a non profit organization. Service was awful. The first teller took forever to count the money by a machine and it had issues. It would have been easier to count by hand. This teller could only do one deposit. After a few minutes I had to ask what was wrong and was informed she couldn’t print a receipt. Was told I can have a temporary debit card if I go into the branch, spent time driving to the branch and was then told by Jason who seemed to have an attitude which I didn’t appreciate that I had “all zeros” and that I can’t have a temporary debit card. Waste of time and frustrated. Will not be coming back.
Truist is great for online banking but, aside from that, most ATMs don’t work and need to be replaced.
