I spent more than 20 minutes today waiting for a temporary card. There were 4 people and none of them even greeted me or paid me any attention.

Some thoughts that come to mind are: Professional, Customer oriented, Knowledgeable and very effective in helping my Spouse and me in our decision process. She is definitely an AMBASSADOR for Truist! Not friendly at all! There was an Indian bank teller that took care of me and he was very unfriendly with a bad vibes. The same day I went to a Herndon Truist bank branch there was able to do a wire transfer on my bank account that he couldn’t do for me. Just asking unnecessary questions as if I was a scammer. Stupidity
