Not friendly at all! There was an Indian bank teller that took care of me and he was very unfriendly with a bad vibes. The same day I went to a Herndon Truist bank branch there was able to do a wire transfer on my bank account that he couldn’t do for me. Just asking unnecessary questions as if I was a scammer. Stupidity
Ms. Suraiya Akhter consistently provides excellent service and models that exemplary customer service example to her team. The positive confirmation of Ms. Akhter's management style is the equally consistent demonstration of quality service by her team. Thank you, Ms. Akhter and all the tellers at the Truist Fox Mills Road branch.
Closed or closing 2/3 well-used Truist branches I use. That makes me feel bad.
Yeah unfortunately in addition to Truist’s archaic system and bare minimum effort to create user friendly experiences, this Branch lost their very best banker Brian. The remaining bankers are either not in or can’t be bothered to help the general public. The tellers will try their best but Truist’s systems foil them at every attempt relegating them to nickel and dime you for access to information on your own account. This is by far one of the worst banking locations. Go to other branches, stay away from here. They are unaware of even their own policy and procedures.
