Quick & friendly service
Was rudely asked to come back another day when trying to add my fiance to my account because "Saturdays are too busy to do that". There were two tellers on duty and we were the only people in the bank at the time. We refused to leave and the transaction was completed in under 5 minutes.
In my opinion the most efficient, friendly and effective staff in banking in Oakland, MD and I would say the same about the Trust Bank in Collegedale, TN. Five stars and recommended.
