The ATM at this bank is never in full service. Something is not functional EVERY time I go there to use it! It’s really frustrating. I never ever have this issue in Chestertown or any other Truist for that matter!

I think they keep their drive thru ATM having technical difficulties on purpose to make money. I went to withdraw and the slot where your money comes out kept buzzing and opening and closing but my money never came out so I panicked and went to check my balance and it said theres a fee of $1.50 to check your balance, do you approve? I said yes because I thought my money was stuck and wanted to make sure my balance was the same. So I went inside to withdraw. Turns out my money wasn't stuck.
