I have never had any issues with the employees at this bank. I have always received great service from the people who work here. But what I have an issue with is their ATM machine. 4 times I have tried to deposit money and the machine has had an error and tells me to call their customer support, it takes my money and doesn’t deposit it. Their customer support informs me that the machines are operated by a third party company and it will take 5-7 business days to investigate. This is always the slowest bank to do any sort of business with. Don't try to do anything on your work break ie lunch. It won't get done in time.
