Today I went to make a new account and I am extremely happy with my experience. Dee was punctuation and explained everything in detail and made sure that I understood. She also answered all my questions and concerns. Most of all she was kind, which definitely goes along way! She is one of the Senior Relationship Banker and her experience really shows! Excited to have questions so I can call her.
This bank is horrid customer service. Unable to get the job done clerks and bankers. I will be reporting this up the chain.
I truly abhor calling this companies customer service. Not that it should matter but I am always forwarded to a foreign call center. Extremely hard to understand their accents and my questions are always turned into an elaborate problem. Maybe it's my Southern NC accent. But I will not be staying with this bank much longer. It is conveniently located in Wilson NC.
