The teller was very kind and professional.
They were very unhelpful and dismissive. I just spoke with Robert Moreno because one of the bank tellers stamped my check before telling me that there would be a hold placed on all of the funds. I explained that I needed at least some funds over the weekend because I have family coming in town. Also, if I had been told that my funds would be on hold I would have decided to deposit my check elsewhere. However, now I am unable to access my funds, and also unable to take it to another bank that would make some of my funds avail... read more
