Everytime I go to this Truist location it’s been a positive experience. The staff who was working 5/12/26 was so helpful and nice. Special shoutout to Aaliyah and Bernard for going above and beyond to solve my banking issues.
Never going back to Truist Bank Maiden Choice Lane branch coming through the door the bank Rep approach towards me made feel she felt like I don't belong or was not wanted she was intrusive asking do live in the area asking questions not pertaining a bank account
