We couldn’t not use the drive thru ATM Because they parked cars blocking!!
I have been twice this place for notary.first time they said come back 1 hour later then I go back 1 hour later but the women said she has a customer I have to wait.I asked her to how long?she said you go to ups store then you don’t have to wait. I am Truist bank account holder.i do have personal and business account with them. I have been south walter reed branch too.they didn’t help me too.i will close my business and personal account from Truist bank.

Vida was very nice and helpful with my wire transaction. After going to 2 other branches (ballston and courthouse) both which were unable to help me at all. I then came to this location and finally was able to be helped.
