Terrible service. I went in to cash a check with Daniel, who was very rude and told me no. Then, when I asked for a manager, I was told no and that I could wait. Very confusing. Please don't bank here.
Mr. Martinez was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
I came in today to add a person to my account, make a deposit, and get direct deposit forms. I don’t remember her name (it started with an M - pretty young girl with glasses) she was incredibly helpful and nice. We didn’t even need an appointment with a banker - she was able to do everything. People only think to come & review when they have a bad experience. Even when I call and speak to non American representatives they’re still kind and helpful. I love Truist - never had an issue that couldn’t be resolved.
Do not recommend if you would like to receive service that puts the client first. Manager on duty 1/18/25, was very rude to my mother after failing to explain the benefit of overdraft protection. Will be finding a better branch location to better assist her
