This is a terrible bank. Once again I am here at the drive thru and no one to wait on any of us. There is one teller inside slowly handing 3 customers inside and she is the one to handle the drive thru as well. Meanwhile there are 3 over paid office people chatting it up and not helping out at the start of afternoon rush hour. This isn’t the only thing they are bad at but it will give you some sense on how they view customer service. Quick answer…they don’t. Go somewhere else and spare yourself this agony!!
The branch manager here is an amazing person and manager! My wife had an issue with her paycheck not looking legit and Mrs. Kasey Kline went above and beyond to get it figured out for us seeing how neither of us had seen a check like that before. Thanks for all your help!!!!
