This is the worst bank in the entire world it doesn't matter what name they change it to this is a terrible bank I transferred $300 into my checking account on online banking it went thru fine the next day the $300 was put back into my savings account without me doing it with no record of me ever transferring the money in the first place I had an appointment today where I needed that money and I had to cancel it and won't be able to be seen until December 1st now because the bank / online banking doesn't work on veterans day... read more

We opened a new checking account for a small non-profit organization, and the staff could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Big change from our previous bank (which will go unmentioned, but their initials are PNC) which treated us very poorly. Word to the wise: This is true of all banks, but you can always get a better deal on check printing when you go to a discount printer (Google "check printing"). Numerous visits with the Manger concerning identify theft. 3 months later, a different BB&T, paperwork started within MINUTES. My privacy was finally addressed, policy not followed at this location. The young professional woman that helped me stated she worked at this location and requested a transfer. West Chester’s loss is Honey Brook’s gain!
