Just don't keep enough workers Customer service people not there 9-5
This branch is staffed by a bunch of jerks that treat you with a bad attitude. They are insanely slow as well and act like they don't want you there. Do not go to this one if you read this beforehand. They are a bunch of amateurs.
I am sorry I could not go lower. Worst branch ever. A terrible experience every time . I had to go to this branch this time but the wait was ridiculous just to go into my safe deposit box.. Pulling everything away and hope to never visit this branch again. Avoid at all costs.
Sat in line for over 30 minutes at the drive-through window. Sat for another 10 minutes while the heavyset woman behind the register piddled around. When she finally decided that she wanted to cash my husband’s check, she let us know that she wasn’t able to verify the check even though it was from her bank. It wasn’t able to be cashed because whoever she needed to talk to wouldn’t answer the phone. I had no idea on telephone calls were needed in 2024 to verify a check. Absolutely ridiculous. Will not go back.
Lately there’s only 1 teller…went inside today and seen 1 person working the whole front…needed to meet with a banker which there’s about 4 or 5 offices I believe and only 2 bankers available but weren’t available…is there a shortage?
