I walked in needing help with my account the lady at the front with the glasses always has an attitude and had no intention of helping me or asking someone one else about the issue she basically through my id and card on the table and said it's not there problem this is the ghetto of the banking industry
Had an incident here today when trying to cash a check, and then deposit some of the cash into the account. Instead the employee deposited the check but there is no record of a deposit in my account. The manager was very unhelpful. Was unable to buy asthma inhaler because of it, explained that to the bank manager when I went back. The manager's response was I took too long to try to buy the inhaler and come back and there was nothing he could do to help. honestly from the moment I opened an account here specifically about a year ago to my latest interaction today I have made the choice that I will be closing my account with this banking institution. by far the worst with customer service. not sure how you have ONE banker working at a branch when basically any little thing needed to be done in the account requires one. the cashier is basically useless.
