Horrible banking experience ever since opening the account. If you’re looking for convenience and friendly, helpful service I would not recommend using truist bank as your trusted banking partner.
Great Customer Service
Jacob and Brittany are awesome! I've been to a ton of different Truist locations and this one is the best! They are super friendly and always get the task done quickly. Not sure what the bad reviews are about but, I've been going here for over a year and wouldn't go to any other location!
This place is worst than 1 star. Will "the manager" was the worst. He had a bad attitude from the start and his tone really pushed my buttons. The guy acted like he was doing me a favor. Read these reviews and trust what they are saying. Go to another bank. These bad reviews are legitimate!
