Closed my account over the phone when Truist 1st took over. Now I'm getting calls stating I owe over $250 with daily penalty fees and was told I'm SOL and if I don't pay they will turn me over to a third party collection agency and wreck my credit score which sounds like extortion. See you in court Truist Bank!
