The employees are always very helpful. I have been with this bank for many years.
I like this fact that there's like at least 20 or more locations around Nashville. Cause I will avoid this one like the plague. They are worthless. 1 day they asked me wait for like 20 or 30 minutes and then they told me. Oh, the manager had to go to lunch. So come back another time. They did this to me like 2 or 3 times game over. My new location is wonderful.Good luck getting any customer service from this loser branch
The staff is always stand-offish and not the nicest. I always get the feeling like none of them want to be there. Had to wait in the divethu for almost an hour and was late for work. I arrived as soon as the bank opened too. The staff is the rudest most obnoxious people I’ve ever encountered.
They have one teller that works the inside windows and the same teller also working the outside drive through so I warned you
