i consistently go through the drive through at truist. James is amazing, but the other guy with curly hair and glasses is always sitting on his phone. most of the time i’m in a rush to get back to work. it’s like he’s too busy with whatever his phone is doing instead of dealing with people through the drive through.
Waited for over 20 minutes to make a simple deposit as there was only one teller working despite 4 other employees being present and just not helping. There were still about 4 other people behind me when I decided to leave.
