Been here multiple times atm never works
This Oxon Hill location is ridiculous. I told the teller 3 times to deposit my business check into my business account! She still got it wrong. Uggggg. Then they put a week hold on the funds. Trust me.....drive over the bride to the Alexandria location and work with a more competent location.
They are extremely slow. Went during the day on a Wednesday. Three ladies behind the window two cars in drive Thur and I waited 15 minutes in the lobby. No greeting bad customer service.
I AM A TRUIST MEMBER BUT THAT'S NOT WHY IM WRITING THIS REVIEW. IM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO GIVE MS. TASHA MCCOY HER FLOWERS. I LOST MY WALLET AND A KIND MAN RETURNED IT TO THE TRUIST BRANCH IN OXON HILL, MD. MS. MCCOY WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME TO BE SURE I RECIEVCED MY WALLET. I GREATLY APPRIEATE THE EFFORT AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE GAVE! I HOPE HER KARMA FROM THIS SITUATATION COMES BACK TEN-FOLD. AGAIN, THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH MS. TASHA MCCOY!
Truist should be ashamed. All these Need jobs and you refused to hire additional people at this location. Waited for 40 minutes in line just to make a payment
