2 weeks ago I open business checking account for my company. I deposited $100 to new business account from my personal account thru Zelle as they require and I deposited check from the company Im working many years never had issues with their check or other banks. But Truist decided its fraud with telling me or giving any information about the blocking my account. So I called them because I couldn't activate new card I received, that's how I found out, they gave me nonsense reason and told me it will be OK to use after 04/03... read more
Been with them since 1972 when it was Security Bank have not had any problems or complaints
I spoke to a Teller yesterday on the phone about a random request. I walked in today and she remembered me and was so very pleasant during my visit.
Excellent service and very kind and thoughtful help from Prisca. Visits to the bank wouldn’t typically be noteworthy for me however I was so impressed with my experience thanks to her.
