I entered the bank with what seemed like a complex problem and left with an action plan thanks to Jazmine Farleys helpful nature.
Trying to talk to the customer service over the phone is a nightmare. It takes forever, the phone system randomly hangs up the call, and the staff are not competent and trained well.
