The saddest thing I just witnessed my boss go through the man has a chunk of change in his business account. This same time last year on January 23, 2024 he purchased a vehicle with his debit card 30,000 it cleared no problem today he tried to go and purchase a work vehicle got denied had no customer service no one to help him no supervisor. Just tried to make a deposit at this branch. The aloma branch has no issues looking up account as I am the signatory. The lake baldwin brank however LUSI R declined to take deposit into our condo accounts even though the account name was spelled out and address given. ID was offered and was declined as "full account# needed" I am a signatory on the account as well as the last 4 digits of the account werw given. The aloma branch is so much better happily takes deposits and is incredibly knowledgeable.
