I come here because I have an account that I like and this branch is convenient to me. While all the staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful, they are the absolute slowest tellers I have ever seen. No matter who it is, there is a terribly long line and a long wait. Then, simple transactions and asks seem to take forever. Today, I went and they were out of quarters because they didn't order them in time. How is a bank out of quarters?! This is their job?! Yen was incredibly helpful when I needed to update my legal name on all my accounts. She answered all my questions, ordered new cards, and confirmed she put a note in my account to avoid any potential issues. She was also extremely friendly and kind the whole time. She also shared about Truist loan programs and other savings accounts I could open to get additional interest.
Bank teller was very unprofessional. Stamped a check of mine without cashing in. Whole process was terrible. Hispanic gal.
