This has to be comically one of the worst banks in Arlington. The staff is exceptionally unhelpful to the point where they’re just straight up rude. If you ask them to do a task that takes more than 30 to 45 seconds they become frustrated with you and tell you to go to a different bank. Do not do business with them.
Did not shovel or treat the sidewalk on the Fairfax Dr side of their property after the snowstorm from 1/24/26-1/26/26. A poor neighbor.
Bank looks horrible. Spray wash this and stop making out neighborhood look disgusting
Han puesto un clerk q habla español pero no responde a las preguntas no se puede entender. No es latino, pero habla espan̈ol. Aun asi, es falta de respeito ignorar al cliente.
Me hacen ir a perder mi tiempo tengo años de depositar la renta en este banco y este dice que tengo que cambiar el dinero a cheques que por lavado de dinero y tengo años depositando el pago de la renta parecen cavernicolas no sirven
