Truist Bank (Pikesville) placed a hold on me and my mothers checking and savings accounts when a filed garnishment only applied to me. Truist has failed to confirm with legal counsel for the contractor that placed the garnishment, that legal counsel needs to correct the paperwork to apply to only to me and will not do so. A senior Branch staff member was rude to me, and made me feel like a criminal, while remaining stone faced and shoving a phone number in front of me. Tellers energy was not customer service friendly. I used to come to this branch before I moved back to Owings Mills and always had a good experience. Staff at that time was pleasant, friendly and helpful. I am now moving back to Pikesville, but after dealing with a teller at the Pikesville location today, I think I'll keep doing business in Owings Mills.
