I tried to close an account today. I spoke with Rosie at the old town Alexandria bank. She gave me attitude and hung up on me. What has happened to customer service anymore.
Lisa and team are friendly and very competent. They are great to work with.

I had a hold on some payroll checks and the customer service line sent me to a different local branch which sent me to Wells Fargo. After a few more calls with customer service I tried this location and glad I did. Lisa was kind and didn’t talk over me like all of the other Truist employees I experienced.
