By far the worst banking experience I’ve had. I usually bank with Navy Federal. I had to cash a check….Truist transactions like this normally take 5–6 minutes with verification from the check maker. I had faster service when I was a non Truist member. I don’t plan on keeping my accounts long. Due to business purposes, I had to use Truist this time, and the experience was extremely frustrating. I tried to close an account today. I spoke with Rosie at the old town Alexandria bank. She gave me attitude and hung up on me. What has happened to customer service anymore.
Lisa and team are friendly and very competent. They are great to work with.
