Terrible service. Have done business with them under one name or another for 30 years. We tried to get a new car loan (we have great credit). After spending time with a manager who tried to sell us on financial instruments we agreed on terms. They never got back to us to finalize the deal. Never answered calls and basically just dropped us. Very unprofessional. It it wasn’t such a pain to switch banks I would do so in a heartbeat.
Could be the worst bank teller in the history of bank tellers Counting with numbers doesn’t seem to be strong point with the lady that unfortunately always seems to be there
Horrible customer service at this branch. So bad, that I am closing multiple personal and business accounts after a 25 year client relationship.
Visited this branch in person for the first time, and their was a pretty long line. I have no problem with waiting, but the teller, Danny, seemed to be getting annoyed with the traffic. When it was my turn to be serviced, I requested to order foreign currency and was immediately told that the system was down. I was shocked because I'd called prior to heading that way to inquire about the process and was told to come on in.
