Terrible location. First, the ATM machine ate my money and I didn't see it in the account. A few days later, I came to make an appointment with a notary, simply to certify signatures (after the divorce, I needed to remove my husband's name from the mortgage, and one of the documents had to be signed by both of us in the presence of a notary. They refused me, citing the fact that the notary would only help me if the mortgage was from this bank (what difference does it make where the mortgage is from (?)). I clarified that I h... read more
Terrible service. Have done business with them under one name or another for 30 years. We tried to get a new car loan (we have great credit). After spending time with a manager who tried to sell us on financial instruments we agreed on terms. They never got back to us to finalize the deal. Never answered calls and basically just dropped us. Very unprofessional. It it wasn’t such a pain to switch banks I would do so in a heartbeat.
Could be the worst bank teller in the history of bank tellers Counting with numbers doesn’t seem to be strong point with the lady that unfortunately always seems to be there
Horrible customer service at this branch. So bad, that I am closing multiple personal and business accounts after a 25 year client relationship.
