I just took my mother to this location because her regular location didn’t have a notary today. From our entering the building a staff member arriving for her shift held door for us. Best foreign nation friendly bank in USA. I went there to open a bank account as a tourist. after moving and rejection from several other US banks we visited this branch. There we finally got the solution. As a tourist u definitely can open a bank account. Where do I begin !!! Never ever bank at any truist ever trust me. There ATM machines are always either not working Or are not accepting cash . Or you can't get cash. That's for starters. Also there mobile banking app is the worst . I deposit mobile checks all the time with bank of america over the years and never had one issue. Now im with truist for some stupid reason and it tells you sign the back of check and write for truist mobile deposit only. Ok simple.
