I have been doing business with TRUIST BANK for a number of years. My greatest pleasure is to go to the Sunrise Branch where the service received from ORAL and RANDY is exceptional. They are welcoming and pleasant. Cheers to these young men who will go the extra mile to meet the bankiing needs and satisfy their customers. I appreciate all that you do and will always return.
It's a joy doing business with this particular location and the individuals who make a difference are "Oral & Randy". These very professional young men are good at providing exceptional Customer service. We would highly recommend this branch in Sunrise because of them! Keep up the good work!!

I am highly disappointed at the way I was treated at the Sunrise branch. I usually do all ofy banking online but today I needed to go to this branch which is the closest to my home First I walked in and not even one person greeted me I saw two people behind the counter working , one person was sitting at the desk and the other was counting money I was the only person in the line and not once was I acknowledge that I was there Finally the man behind the counter stated that he will be with me once another customer walked...I b... read more
I just took my mother to this location because her regular location didn’t have a notary today. From our entering the building a staff member arriving for her shift held door for us. She also helped us get to the next step. That brings me to Lisa. I don’t have enough words to say how blessed we were to encounter her. She is a picture of what customer service should look like.
