Where do I begin !!! Never ever bank at any truist ever trust me. There ATM machines are always either not working Or are not accepting cash . Or you can't get cash. That's for starters. Also there mobile banking app is the worst . I deposit mobile checks all the time with bank of america over the years and never had one issue. Now im with truist for some stupid reason and it tells you sign the back of check and write for truist mobile deposit only. Ok simple. Today Alex was very helpful, polite and efficient! I came in with my children and they were very kind to them and respectful as they asked me first before offering lollipops. Alex was able to get us the information we needed to facilitate our transaction. When the computer was taking a while he was polite enough to inform us what was going on. My go to location! Even though I have branch much closer to my house, this is my go to branch! I had a phone appointment set up with Davie location a few weeks ago & they never called me!! I contacted Lisa Z at Sunrise location when I remembered that she had helped my son last year. LISA Z was amazing!!!!
