⭐☆☆☆☆ Frustrating and Unhelpful Estate Process Trying to open an estate account with SunTrust has been nothing but a nightmare. Despite having all the required legal documents, they refused to open the account, effectively blocking access to funds needed to pay out heirs. The lack of support, transparency, and basic customer service has caused unnecessary delays and stress during an already difficult time. I expected a reputable bank to have more professionalism when dealing with estates. Extremely disappointed
The staff was friendly and helpful.
This is by far the worse bank been holding my money I work for for almost 3 weeks the manager of the bank don’t care to help you

I spoke with Jennifer, the head of the bank, and had no issues with the staff during my visit. Choosing between a checking and savings account was easy, and the staff was friendly and explanatory. However, I need to sort out some issues with a deposit and hope for no problems. I closed my savings account, and the lady at the front desk was curious as to why, but I had my reasons. The experience was quick and easy overall, and I appreciate the staff's assistance.
