I had a problem with my deceased husband credit card and was fortunate to have been helped by Sarah Merchant. She went above and beyond to help me. I will be forever grateful. She is definitely an asset to the bank
Seems like only the negative Debi downers leave reviews anymore. This branch is an Excellent Bank with excellent Service. Samantha was exceptional. Friendly courteous, and efficient.
I have had too many negative experiences with the Staff at this branch. The issues have been ongoing & highly frustrating. Yesterday was the final straw. Never going back to this branch, in spite of a blanket response from Corporate to my review. I was with SUNTRUST forever before merger that became TRUIST. It's not just this Branch that is disappointing; it's TRUIST the organization that has critical lack in Customer Service skills.
