I have had too many negative experiences with the Staff at this branch. The issues have been ongoing & highly frustrating. Yesterday was the final straw. Never going back to this branch, in spite of a blanket response from Corporate to my review. I was with SUNTRUST forever before merger that became TRUIST. It's not just this Branch that is disappointing; it's TRUIST the organization that has critical lack in Customer Service skills.

My usual branch didn't have a notary on staff today, so I ended up at the Mandarin branch. Marilyn was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. All banks should have more Marilyns. Glad I'm with Truist.
