⭐☆☆☆☆ Frustrating and Unhelpful Estate Process Trying to open an estate account with SunTrust has been nothing but a nightmare. Despite having all the required legal documents, they refused to open the account, effectively blocking access to funds needed to pay out heirs. The lack of support, transparency, and basic customer service has caused unnecessary delays and stress during an already difficult time. I expected a reputable bank to have more professionalism when dealing with estates. Extremely disappointed
The staff was friendly and helpful.
