Bank manager Rita was excellent in handling my financial needs and was kind and courteous throughout!
I got here 5 minutes before closing because of traffic and got out of work late. The had already shut and locked the doors. Poor customer service as everyone looked at me inside also. Some of us are on tight schedules and expect a federal entity to be open on their listed hours. If you close the doors before 5, you should state that. Otherwise, the establishment should be open until it’s listed hours. Edit: as I was driving away, all 3 workers decided to stare at me and laugh as they walked to their cars.
