Worst customer service
This is by far the worst Truist Bank in the area… so convenient to GA400, but so under staffed. Literally, and I mean literally, every single time I go the drive-thru , they tell me “I have one in front you”… I’m the only vehicle at the drive-thru - which means they have one person working (in & out). Absolutely, the most understaffed branch I the company - I predict a bank closing in the very near future.
They are really racist and do not like Mexicans
I walked in to get my money and when I went up they told me that I’m not aloud to get my money and the worker at the front desk treated me super disrespectful because I am Latino
Calling customer service feels like your calling scammers. They want you full social or full account number... AFTER I had already typed in my card number. I was in public, like no I don't want to say that information out loud.
