This place is beyond slow, go to the other one by total wine. I never come here , its been over a year. I was at Lidl and thought why not, sat in the drive thru line for a deposit for 8 min. There was no one in front of me. I was the only car when I pulled up. Imagie waiting 10 minutes for a deposit. Talk about not valuing your time.

This place has made many mistakes - they “missent” the wire transfer to pay for my wedding’s caterer and kept the money for two weeks without saying anything. When my caterer finally asked me where my money was - after the deadline - their first reaction was not apologetic horror. It was to try and sell me a wedding loan. They applied mortgage payments to the principal alone instead of payments. After three months of this, they sent me an angry letter about non--pa-y-ment. Third World Bank - Stay Away! After doing business with Suntrust for 20 years, I find Truist awful. There is no appreciation for my longtime loyalty to SunTrust. Very high fees for everything, pitifully low interest on money market accounts, no one answers the branch phone, the 800 number goes to a Philippines call center reps know nothing. Branches close at Noon Sat while Suntrust stayed open til 2. Melanie was the absolute BEST! I came in around closing time (which I felt bad about having to do) and she was absolutely amazing! She helped me set up a new account in no time and was incredibly kind and helpful! 10/10 go see Melanie!
