Everyone is friendly, the manager of this branch is very helpful and we are satisfied with the service.
This place has made many mistakes - they “missent” the wire transfer to pay for my wedding’s caterer and sat on the money for two weeks without saying anything, applied mortgage payments to the principal alone instead of payments, repeatedly blocked legitimate debit card transactions as fraud even when I called, and failed to remove the contact information of another person from my account despite multiple and mailed them my financial records despite so many requests to stop. Long wait and terrible customer service, including giving misinformation. Yet another reminder about how bad Truist is.
