Do not do business banking with truist.Worse bank ever
Very pleasant experience, I did not have to wait went right up to teller who assisted me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Absolutely the worst customer service. Its Friday, only 1 person at the teller counter. Its taken over a week to get a replacement bank card.
