Absolutely the worst customer service. Its Friday, only 1 person at the teller counter. Its taken over a week to get a replacement bank card.
I’ve never had an issue with this branch—until dealing with Patricia. I’ve been coming here for the past 9 months to make my auto loan payments, and she’s taken my payment several times. Unfortunately, every visit with her comes with unnecessary attitude or difficulty. Most recently, I was told I needed a different form of payment other than cash, which was confusing since I’ve always paid in cash without any problems. Truist Bank sucks. If you're considering doing business with them, just skip out and go elsewhere.
Worst bank ever! They give back wrong change or have argued that they have given ID back and had not! Horrible customer service! The bank manager Mike is the worst and dismissive and unhelpful and does not hold team accountable! I’ve heard them say oh I’ve dealt with her before… yes because they keep doing things wrong and it’s scary they handle money!!! Top it off one of my team members for our commercial account is still with out ID (4th day) because it got stuck in tube along with our change order and deposits!! They have... read more
