This branch is a joke! Truist's Regional Management needs to take action to replace these people. Branch Mngmnt are blatanty, in-your-face LAZY. What does regional management say to their branch mngmt refusing to service customers by shuttering their drive-thru window & lobby ahead of closing time just so they can leave the bldg at EXACTLY 5pm. Not sure what is going on with this branch… well I am pretty sure but I will leave people to read between the lines. This is now the 4th time I have been to this branch on a Friday to make a deposit and each time it is between 4:30 to 4:50(I understand they close at 5 but I work until 4:30). All of the windows say closed and when you try to go in the door it is either locked or someone tells you they are having “technical difficulties”. Absolutely disgusting treatment from both Hispanic male workers there, will never go here again as long as they work there
By far the slowest bank I've ever been to. Apparently a single customer needs multiple tellers in order to get their money. Literally watching employees stand behind another employee instead of helping myself or somebody else is about as infuriating as it gets
