Bad customer service
Very nice people, Casey the manager was amazing and very helpful. If you need any kind of help banking go in and ask for Casey, she will take amazing care of you.
I called the TRUIST customer service number and could not get a live person since I do not have a PIN. I had to call the business number and get transferred to a live person.
Rude customer service
I set up an account with Truist last year while I was in the process of purchasing a home. Every experience has been 5 STARS except for the one today. I went to the branch on Baymeadows Road to transfer money from a prepaid debit card to my checking account and encountered the worst customer service ever. First, I was told to go outside and use the ATM for this transaction. I replied I never used the ATM to transfer money into my account before.
