I went into this Denton, Tx location on a business day to get a temporary business debit card on July 24, 2026. I shared with The bank manager that I needed a business debit card. I met him at the window, stood there 10 mins as he got ally info, verified me and then he said, “Sorry we are out of debit business cards but we gave some on order”. Are you serious? Unbelievable! Greatest bank in denton by far
Make sure to clarify where you want your extra money on a car payment. They do what’s best for the bank not yourself. They will not provide ror documents to show where your account balance for your loan. This was told to me by Jose O( the branch manager) Very shady. Needless to say I won’t be doing another loan through here. Stay away at all cost. Very combative manager as well. I’ll be going to corporate with this one
