I work in administration, which requires me to deal with hundreds of banks and credit unions around the country. We don't currently handle any insurance for Truist, but still get their customers calling about a block of their life policies which one of our now-defunct partners used to oversee. I have had the absolute worst experience with this bank time and time again. I talked to someone at another location about closing my account because the Denton location was training someone new every week, I swear, and it would take an hour to do anything every time I came in. When I spoke to the other location they gave me instructions on how to move my account to a different bank without problems, so I followed those instructions and got hit with a $12 fee.
