I have never had a civil conversation over basic issues with this bank. Absolutely nerve wrecking as the people at this bank talk through every sentence hard and are confrontational from the beginning of every basic task. I try to avoid this branch at all cost.

I’ve been with Truist my whole life so I’ve been to multiple locations, but this location especially is the best. I absolutely adore the women working here, and I regret not getting the nice lady’s name behind the counter but she was absolute SWEETEST and most helpful person! She even gave me great advice for my account Absolutely would make the drive to come back here <3
Best branch ever! Always happy and so helpful. Manager actually cares about what is best for us with banking and funds solutions for us that no one else ever even mentioned! Very appreciative of the service at the counters as well.
