I don't recommend them at all. My identity was stolen from them and they did not even care. They let someone open an account online in my name without even verifying the person at all. They said that they would look into it and call us. They never did. They even said their fraud team would call us. Yeah right they never did. We finally paid our loan off and we will never use them again. My life is still messed up that identity theft and they could care less about it.
If you are in Tallahassee and check the time for a bank in Marianna in Tallahassee it will say they are open until 1pm Tallahassee time there is an hour time difference, I really shouldn't have to explain this but here we are. I've been with Truist since before they were Truist, I have had great experiences with this bank.

I am not a bank person, first bank account since I moved to Marianna in 2017 and have to say that the staff is always so helpful and it’s a pleasure to work with them.
