My check in a sizable amount was deposited at the Midlothian Branch. The teller said there would be no hold on the funds and the printed receipt verified the commitment. 2 days later they sent, by USPS mail, a letter stating that the hold would be for 7 days on ALL of the funds. Very poor customer service and the action was reinforced by the branch manager. Please notice the changes in recent Google reviews of this branch.
The people there have been helpful. I know with the merger things have been hard for them but everyone there has helped me out. I appreciate them all.
Everyone here is so polite and helpful! The merger has been stressful at times, but this branch has done their best to ensure their customers are taken care of.
