This long wait line is crazy. I waited 25 mins just to withdraw money from my account because ATM was down. Staff seems careless about customer nor long lines. Horrible.

Drive through ATM took 200$ from my lady account and i went in to speak to someone about it. First the joke the lady behind the glass made was very inappropriate when the gentleman said he didn’t want all one dollar bills she is wearing a hijab by the way so while on the clock she can make inappropriate jokes but not fix a clerical error cause I’m not on the account for my lady when all I was trying to do was withdraw money like I do time and time again. This branch of Truist, specifically Maria Benitez, refused to honor an appointment I made on the Truist website for my 80 year old parents to access their safe deposit box. Instead she made my parents and me wait over an hour in line. This branch appears to place little priority on serving the elderly.
