This branch of Truist, specifically Maria Benitez, refused to honor an appointment I made on the Truist website for my 80 year old parents to access their safe deposit box. Instead she made my parents and me wait over an hour in line. This branch appears to place little priority on serving the elderly.
I’ve been waiting here in the drive-thru for quite some time, and it’s clear that customers inside are being prioritized over those of us waiting out here. The drive-thru is meant to provide quick and efficient service, but that’s not what’s happening. This needs to be addressed because it’s unacceptable to keep customers waiting this long without any acknowledgment or effort to balance the service. I’m dealing with the Muslim looking black girl. Definitely need to hire more customer service reps. You can’t run a busy bank with 2 tellers and 1 floor rep. This Truist location never use to be like this when the old Mgr. Was here. Dot know what’s going on but my time is of importance. Please fix this problem.

Truist is no better then SunTrust. Horrible wait times inside and in drive thru when it is open? I deal with 4 different banks in Waldorf and Trust is the worse. Hire some people or at least cross train the ones you have..
