Terrible experience at this site. I went to cash a valid check (same check, same amount I cashed last year at this same site with NO issues) and the teller told me they "needed to verify it". After making me wait, he came back claiming the verification team "wasn't available" and told me to return the next morning. The next morning I went to the Connecticut Ave branch and was in and out with no problems.
