I used to be a BB&T customer and remained with Truist after the merge. Never had an issue with the bank or staff until recently. Went to deposit money into my account, the teller who assisted me proceeds to ask into what I account I want this to go into. Now, I don't know my account number off the top of my head, so I gave her the last digits of the debit card that I thought were associated with the account I wanted to deposit into. Had a horrible experience with this bank concerning all employees on staff, especially one who will not be named for privacy reasons but has already been reported to internal management. My fiance banks with Truist. His card was set to expire in February but another was supposedly sent out by mail at the beginning of January. As of the day this occured (the 22nd) that card was nowhere to be seen, so we head to this location to request another card.
