Terrible online services makes it impossible to do anything do not open a mortgage with them it's almost criminal how incompetent they are
I used to be a BB&T customer and remained with Truist after the merge. Never had an issue with the bank or staff until recently. Went to deposit money into my account, the teller who assisted me proceeds to ask into what I account I want this to go into. Now, I don't know my account number off the top of my head, so I gave her the last digits of the debit card that I thought were associated with the account I wanted to deposit into.
