Had a wonderful experience recently obtaining a HELOC thru Truist Bank in Salisbury, MD. Brandi was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly in helping us decide what our best options were. The process was very timely and smooth. She kept us abrest of things throughout the process and made it convenient for us to settle at the Ocean City location.
