Horrible bank for business or personal use. I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.
Had a wonderful experience recently obtaining a HELOC thru Truist Bank in Salisbury, MD. Brandi was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly in helping us decide what our best options were. The process was very timely and smooth. She kept us abrest of things throughout the process and made it convenient for us to settle at the Ocean City location. Special thanks also to Tanya at the Ocean City location for a very smooth settlement process. Look forward to doing business with Truist again in the future.

Go to bank on door it said temporarily closed due to no faults of their own called corporate they have no information on this they had no idea!!!!!!!! called followed prompts to speak with someone no one picks up not even for a recording as it said on prompt 2 poorly run and yet when you search bank it states it's open and moderately busy something is wrong this this
