Would give no star if I could.last 6 times waited 15 to 35 minutes to cash check in drive through. Left multiple times Literally no one else ever there! What are they doing? or only 1car in line abd never more than 1 person in lobby. Always at least 2 tellers "working ".Are they trying to purposely lose customers? Lost us!Stop cash transactions? Beyond disgusted changing banks after 39 years ( suntrust was great )!

They had no incentive to keep me from getting defrauded by scam artists. This nation and this bank Truist is beyond corrupt. They got my mom defrauded by the government and me defrauded by scam artists. They should be required to have lists of common scams and help alert the real police so people drawing big sums of cash are consulted by real police if they are being held hostage by scam artists posing as police officers and US Marshalls.
Absolutely the worst customer service available spent many hours trying to get the credit card added to my mobile app I could actually call the President of the United States easier than you can reach a live person from Truit Bank I called several branches no one would ever answer I spent hours on the phone to finally get through to somebody in the credit card department and they tell me I need to go to my local branch. Really sad when you can’t call and do business over the phone anymore I highly recommend you stay far away... read more
