the ladies that were working here today were so sweet and super helpful! both stephanie and chaula offered us a bunch of extra tips and went out of their way to help us with our needs as much as they could (also helps that everything looked clean and organized!)
Long wait just to make a simple deposit in drive through. One person working desk and drive through. Unacceptable. Staff better. Do better. Act like you care about your clients! At least pretend!!
The app for paying bills has problems. It will not complete process for changing an account number on my credit cart. Just one of several problems the past 2 years.
Called at 9:30 am Was on hold for 33 minutes and then disconnected. Never spoke to a person.
