Katrina is the most disturbing customs service representative I’ve had the displeasure of interacting with. She is rude, yells at customers for simply asking questions and does not have a drop of empathy. Katrina please quit so another person with gratitude can work in your place. The interaction with you today was not only disturbing and upsetting, it made me really question Truist as a company. I would never have you speak to a customer if it was my business, you’d be in the back with a broom.
The best Truist branch I've ever been to. The employees are very friendly and helpful.
My mom was having an issue with her account, and we went to the Eastwood branch for help. Joamni De La Rosa went above and beyond to help us! He was sensitive to my mom’s issue, and made us feel right at home. He was professional, efficient and caring. He resolved our issue promptly! I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Joamni!
