My mom was having an issue with her account, and we went to the Eastwood branch for help. Joamni De La Rosa went above and beyond to help us! He was sensitive to my mom’s issue, and made us feel right at home. He was professional, efficient and caring. He resolved our issue promptly! I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you Joamni!
I've been coming here for years and my mom has been here since it was Sun Trust. I've never had any issues here. Always lovely. Lobby could use some calm jazz or some sort of music.
Always understaffed. There is never quick service. On my visit today, after attempting to call with no luck and calling the 1800 number and being on hold for hours on end with no responses, I sat in the waiting area with several others. There were several mentions of how long they had already been waiting and frustration that they could hear the individuals in their offices with the doors open, having conversations about their recent or upcoming vacations and their plans for the evening. Blonde bank teller became frustrated very quickly over extremely simple tasks; then began making discourteous remarks. It seems poor customer service is a trend at this location.
