If i could give it no stars I would these people are horrendous. Getting ready to file a finra complaint. They are refusing to release all funds to a direct beneficiary recipient. This was supposed to be solved in February they ghosted. Dragged their feet and it's August and not all funds are released as requested. They're scammers for not completely giving your money when requested like a real bank should and in a federal three to five day administrative window like a real bank. This bank is awful, and this specific branch is staffed with dissatisfied employees who hate their jobs and reflect how they feel on to their customers.
Need an account to exchange quarters? That's ridiculous. I left this bank when they bought out SunTrust. I miss SunTrust.
