Wonderful customer service. Camila Cedeno was very patient and understanding. She has extensive knowledge of all products her company offers. She was wonderful to work with. Although this location is father away from my home I will drive there next time I need assistance.
I was with BB&T with corporate and private accounts for several years at downtown location. Things changed and was a bit concerned but service continued to be stellar. I’m now retired living in northern Ohio and have not changed banks for my private accounts. The team has gone above and beyond helping me with challenges I’ve encountered. I had a account and it’s been closed almost 2 month ago ... and I’m still waiting the money that I have on the account, and they said that they don’t know when they gonna send the money or if they gonna send it..
