“The store lead” who is a black women with a strong accent doesn’t know anything about customer service, she literally told one of the employees that was trying to help the situation to stay out of it smh.
Pretty clean bank but they wouldn’t take my money to pay a car note. I had to go outside to the ATM to withdraw cash to pay for my car loan. I was visibly infuriated, but no one seemed to care.
I came here to do several things including open and close an account and ask questions about my CD. Sonya was able to do all this and fix a long time existing issue with my Zelle account. Sonya is knowledgeable and offered me excellent customer service.
Nice bank. The employee was friendly and helped us through all the steps.
